    No - there's no expiration date. Once you purchase, the content is yours to access any time.

  • Do I need any special equipment/props to take this course?

    The practicum uses the following props: 1 chair, a stack of pillows or 2 bolsters, 1 blanket, 1 "release ball" (tennis ball or yoga tune-up ball), 1 foam roller, 2 yoga blocks, 1 soft pilates ball (coregeous ball) or substitute with a small pillow or rolled up towel roughly 6-8" in diameter, 1 mini loop resistance band, and a set of moderate handweights

  • Is this course available anywhere else?

    The webinar was offered live in January of 2025. The Pelvic Floor classes are available as a program in the online studio, but does not include the additional learning materials and slides available here.
