During this live virtual event you will explore the art of twisting from the inside out. Learn how spinal curves, segmental mobility, and breath impact movement and comfort. Gain embodied tools to enhance your twists - for yourself and your students - in yoga, sport, and daily life.

Class Format

These 60-minute learning sessions for movement professionals offer great opportunities to bolster your teaching and learn new strategies and cues that you can use right away!

  • 20 minutes of lecture and learning

    Emily will share an evidence-based lecture on the impact of the foot on core stability and movement efficiency, and the power behind effectively cueing the foot.

  • 25 minutes of movement

    Giulia will lead an engaging movement practice, personally guiding you to experience new alignment, stability strategies, and intentional cues.

  • Q+A Session

    Connect with the Threes Team and ask any questions you may have about the content, how to integrate it, or how to best share with your students and clients.
