Threes senior instructor Giulia Pline is excited to bring this practice to the Threes Community - sparking insight, awareness and curiosity into how you move using resistance bands! We will use resistance to open the portal of possibility for connecting to the body and the breath in simple yet profound ways.

We will be using a 5-6 foot length of light-medium weight resistance band during this 45-minute movement practice. Instructions to access the class recording will be provided upon registration.
