Expand your understanding of Threes Physiyoga Method™ principles and their practical application for both private client and group settings by moving through scheduled course work and synthesis in this collaborative, online learning experience! 

Course Overview

• 250-hr advanced yoga teacher training program
• 20+ pre-recorded lessons, including foundational knowledge, movement tasks, labs, and Physiyoga practices
• Course units are released on a drip schedule over eight months with independent pacing between releases
• Knowledge check quizzes at the end of each lesson
• Four live 60-minute virtual Roundtable discussions and access to recordings
• Four live two-hour virtual Jigsaw learning events for small and large group discussion, collaboration and integration of knowledge
• Six live 60-minute virtual Co-Labs to further synthesize Threes tools and apply them to your clients and case studies
• Assigned synthesis activities and feedback
• Office hours for one to one mentoring

Coursework

• Foundational knowledge of the skeletal, myofascial, and nervous systems
• Common orthopedic pathologies review
• Proprioception and interoception fundamentals
• Application of musculoskeletal anatomy and biomechanics knowledge to asana practice
• Teaching Physiyoga concepts in group class settings
• Safety through specific cues, modifications and movement regressions and progressions
• Mobility and stability integration into yoga practice
• BioPsychoSocialSpiritual approach to working with private clients
• Threes tools for objective assessment of client progress and movement patterns
• Restoration techniques and tools for supportive, sustainable yoga practices
• Modifying and adapting yoga practices through injury and pain
• Designing Physiyoga programs through case based learning

Course Requirements

• Application
• 200-hr YTT certification
• $3500.00 (USD) payment in full prior to the course start date

Threes Certification Requirements

• Complete all online coursework
• Submit all assignments and complete practice teaching sessions
• Attend all live virtual events or view recordings
• Attend virtual office hours with the Education Team throughout the training
• Complete the comprehensive exam to highlight the knowledge you have gained and the areas you may choose to explore further

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to four weeks prior to course start date and receive a refund of the cost of tuition minus ten percent for administrative fees. A 50-percent refund will be issued if you cancel up to two weeks prior to course start date. No refunds will be made for cancellations within two weeks of course start date.
